Our Technology....
We use a mixture of hand-held and backpack machines, fuelled by an Electrostatic Application System that clings to the germs in a 3-dimensional way. These systems are light in the hand, powered by longer lasting lithium-ion batteries. In effect, a cordless virus killer!
Electrostatic Spray Surface cleaning is a process of spraying electrostatically charged chemical particles, which allows you to spray a chemical vapour on surfaces and objects. The particles coat and cling to any surface at which they are aimed. After being applied, the surface is totally dry (dwell time) within a few minutes.

The electrostatic disinfectant application system is an efficient way to sanitise and lower costs. Compared to previous disinfectant methods, this new system of sanitising is patented, its positively charged droplets give a uniform coating and disinfect the whole surface area.
Electrostatic spray technology has been around for a number of years now used in multiple industries such as agriculture and car maunfacturing. The concept of electrostatic is easy to understand, Columbian laws state that opposite electrical charges attract to its like repels, for example, a positive (+) charge and positive (+) charge would repel each other. This is a great benefit in the creation of the electrostatic disinfectant sprayer. It works by placing a positive (+) charge on the droplets as they leave the sprayer. the droplets land on the surface while being attracted to negatively (-) charged surfaces. Considering most highly touched areas have a negative charge, the disinfectant covers and kills all bacteria on the surface. This results in a disinfectant that wraps around surfaces while giving an even coating and killing all bacteria.

Cordless sprayers have no restriction and you can take it wherever you need giving you more mobility, flexibility, and portability. This is import when you are spraying a large building’s as it allows you to move around freely. Our cordless sprayers come with a lithium ion battery that holds a lot of power and does not diminish. Viruses and infections such are Covid19, SARS , etc can remain on surfaces for up to 9 days. Although many pathogens can live on surfaces for weeks and may not be killed by sprays and wipes. Electrostatic technology is proven to give full coverage to a surface and prevents cross contamination.
The electrostatic sprayer provides you with droplets above the size of 50microns, therefore the system qualifies as a misting device.

The current disinfectant sprays and wipes has a potential risk factor, by accidently missing a high touch area. There is also a risk of a cross-contamination by touching every surface with the same wipe. These risks do not apply to our solution.
The average droplet size is that of 85microns, which range from 54microns- 120microns. There is more surface coverage and improved drying time.
The system uses any water-soluble chemical. Although always ensure that the solution you choose to use has a safety data sheet, so you can follow it to ensure product effectiveness.
It is recommended that daily sanitising is the best, especially objects that are often touched. If a surface is soiled with blood, or other body fluids, use gloves, avoid contact with the fluid, remove it and then disinfect.
